Property Manager

Peter Blackshaw Gungahlin has available a full-time position for an experienced Property Manager. Your role will be to manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 120 properties predominantly based in the Gungahlin region.

Essential qualifications & experience:
- Current certificate of registration
- Current drivers licence plus a well-maintained vehicle
- Property management experience
- Knowledge of property management software
- Competent use of Microsoft office suite

Your role would include:
- Communication and liaison with Landlords and Tenants
- Routine and final inspections
- Lease preparation and Inventory & Condition reports
- Sole management for your portfolio
- All other responsibilities of a property manager

Essential for your application:
- Professional presentation
- Previous experience in property management
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Confident yet humble
- Possess motivation and initiative
- A 'get up and go' personality
